The Town of Light, released in February 2016 on PC, has been pushed to the PlayStation 4 on July 28th and is accompanied by a demo that is playable free of charge in order to let you know the special atmosphere of the game before considering purchase.
It is quite rare to see the theme of mental illness treated as seriously as The Town of Light.
The title of LKA plunges you into the skin of Renée, who resumes her period of internment in a psychiatric hospital in the 1930s. The places crossed have been carefully reconstructed, the institute evoked in the game having Actually exist.
The Town of Light must therefore be considered as a dive into the medical practices of another time and their impact on the mental stability of a 16-year-old girl.
The title is hard enough and deals with subjects to say the least adults, you are warned. If the heart tells you, you can go to the Playstation Store and download the demo, to get a more accurate idea of the title.
